EvolveMed operates in both Miami Dade County and Broward County, which is located in South Florida.

Yes, EvolveMed is a non-profit organization with free of cost services. We collect donations and funding from private corporations or individuals who want to strengthen our cause.

Along with facilitating people with basic and specialized healthcare needs, our goal is to spread awareness among people about their health rights, health laws, basic healthcare precautions and services and how to lead a healthier lifestyle. We provide health counselling and organize screenings in different areas to educate people in the community.

We follow complete hygiene protocols while providing preventive healthcare solutions to those who need it the most. Our expert staff use Hygiene kits (body hygiene products, antiseptic products) for the homeless or this win need.

If your household income is low as defined by the current Miami Dade County and Broward County Health Department Poverty Income Guidelines and you do not have health insurance, our services will be provided at no cost to you.

For example, an uninsured individual with an annual income of less than $12,000 would be considered eligible for free medical care by these guidelines.
