Evolve Med believes in and encourages community support and funding. So how can you help?

Your contribution to Evolve Med helps us provide medical vaccinations, immunization , preventive health screenings, and social services to members of our community, many who would otherwise go without care. You can support a project you love or give to our greatest need.

There is a large number of children and adults needing vaccinations and preventive care in our South Florida community. There is a even larger number of those in need of hygiene kits in Title I schools. However, supplies is limited on our EvolveMed Mobile Clinic.
