EvolveMed is a mobile clinic organization with a vision to fulfill community healthcare needs of all, regardless of the patient’s race, culture, age, gender, and status symbol. Our extensive programs include vaccinations and immunization records management, health screenings, and health education to spread awareness. EvolveMed staff respond to the needs of individuals and we provide focused attention those affected by major public health crises. We have a devoted staff that includes Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, and Health Educators to provide professional and accessible clinical care.
